Sharing our personal stories can be a powerful way to illustrate a point, broaden perspectives, and foster connection and trust In the business environment. As communicators, we can artfully use stories for impact and meaning. Telling our stories can deliver unique benefits and rewards, but there can also be risks, pitfalls limitations to keep in mind.

This webinar will examine the role, place value of storytelling In the workplace, and offer a deeper under­standing of sharing, including the “why,” the “how”, the “when” and the “how much Is enough.” Participants will gain insights how to further develop and best utilize the art of storytelling to help express authenticity, strengthen connection and bonds, and contributing to positive work culture.

Presenter/Jeff Raz, is a global communication consultant, Cirque du Soleil star, actor, playwright, educator, author, arts leader speaker/trainer. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, as well as executive education and MBA programs at Stanford, Haas, IMO and INSEAD. Raz brings his extensive performing and arts management experience to the corporate arena to help leaders and their teams strengthen their communication practices and build more enriching, posi­tive corporate cultures.
